The Hillsides Are Alive with Bluebonnets!

This continues to be a WILD year for the wildflowers in Austin! Steiner Ranch has some of the best bluebonnets in the area, and the other wildflowers are also making quite a show. It isn’t too late to come on out to take pictures. The weather is sunny and 75. Absolutely perfect!

The neighborhood is alive with Easter activities today! The official Steiner Ranch Easter Egg Hunt had over 600 kids in attendance! In addition, several neighborhoods in Steiner Ranch have organized their own smaller hunts. The weather is gorgeous and the colors are vibrant. It is good to be in Austin this Easter!

With more than 3,400 homes and an estimated population of 10-15,000 people, Steiner Ranch is more than just a neighborhood. New retail businesses and services are coming to Steiner Ranch all the time. This provides convenience for our residents so that they do not have to leave the community for restaurants, dry cleaners, doctors or work-out facilities. Many of these businesses are owned by our own residents, which ads even more to the small community feel that makes Steiner Ranch such a wonderful place to live!

We couldn’t resist sharing this final shot from our Bluebonnet Bash. Maserati of Austin was kind enough to bring some cars to our big event. As you can see, even the Easter Bunny has the need for speed! Thank you, Maserati of Austin, for helping to make our event a huge success!

Day one of the Bluebonnet Bash has included loads of fun in the sun! The weather could not have been better, and plenty of folks have taken advantage of the free photos in the bluebonnets. The Bluebonnet Bash is underway! The superslide is up and running and the Maseratis have just arrived. Come on out and enjoy this gorgeous weather! We have maps at the Welcome Center to help you get started. Don’t forget to get your picture taken in the bluebonnets at Westridge Park.

The Welcome Center is teeming with activity as we put the final touches on our Bluebonnet Bash plans. If you are planning to come enjoy the fun, you will not be disappointed! The bluebonnets are lovely and just reaching their peak. The list of activities is amazing. Just pick up a map and schedule of events at the Welcome Center to get started. The model homes will also have maps and schedules in case you find yourself at a model home first. The weather will be perfect all weekend, so tell a friend and come on over between Noon and 4pm Saturday or Sunday!

The patches of bluebonnets are peaking just in time for this weekend's event!
The builders are really pulling out all the stops for this year’s Bash! There will be an Easter Bunny, dessert bar, pizzas made right on the grill, ice cream and a wine tasting, just to name a few. The weather promises to be amazing, so there is no reason not to come and see the 13 model homes that are truly the stars of this event. See you at the Bash!
