Being the first one on the lake is one of many benefits to life at Steiner Ranch! Living in Austin is great! We have so many outdoor activities to choose from. Early this Memorial Day morning, there was no competition for the bass. Absolutely gorgeous!

I toured the new Vandegrift High School today with the incoming Freshman. Wow!! This school was really worth the wait. The facilities that these kids have are amazing!
